As a patient with UR Medicine, you have the advantage of using our MyURMedicine mobile app to conveniently access your MyChart. MyChart is a complimentary online tool available exclusively to UR Medicine patients, providing you with access to your medical records whenever and wherever you need it. The UR Medicine mobile app also offers additional features like locating our hospitals, urgent care, imaging, and lab facilities. Furthermore, it allows you to browse through detailed information on over 1,300 specialists associated with UR Medicine and provides access to the latest health and wellness-related content from UR Medicine.

With MyChart, you can effortlessly:

• Retrieve your test results, diagnoses, prescribed medications, and immunization records.
• Request appointments and renew prescriptions.
• Communicate directly with your healthcare team using the messaging function.
• Consolidate all your medical information into one centralized personal health record.
• View and make online payments for your bills.
• Upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app (if enrolled in self-tracking programs).
